Sarah is a full-time REALTOR®, business owner, wife, and proud mom. She and her husband, Aaron, live in Rossmoor, California. Their daughter Reagan attends the University of Oklahoma studying business, and Paige is preparing to begin her nursing studies at Texas Christian University—accomplishments that make Sarah incredibly proud.

Sarah began her real estate career at First Team Real Estate, where she received invaluable training during her first year in the industry. In 2009, she joined Main Street Realtors, spending a decade developing her expertise before the firm was acquired by Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance. After two successful years there, Sarah made the bold decision to open her own office in Los Alamitos. In November 2020, she launched IRG Properties—soon to be rebranded as Ignite RE Group. Working alongside her father, Broker Patrick Wallace, she has built a collaborative, supportive culture focused on strong client service and professional growth.

A third-generation REALTOR®, Sarah is deeply committed to giving back to the profession. She has been actively involved with the Pacific West Association of REALTORS® since 2019, serving on the Grievance Committee, Board of Directors, as Vice President in 2023 and 2024, President-Elect in 2025, and President in 2026. At the state level, Sarah became a California Association of REALTORS® Director in 2022, serving on Professional Standards, the Standard Forms Advisory Committee, Forum on Forms, Local Government Relations, and YPN. After graduating from the C.A.R. Leadership Academy, Class of 2025, she was honored to be selected as Vice Chair of the program. In 2024, Sarah began serving as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, participating on the Conventional Financing and Policy Committee and an Alternative Financing workgroup. She is also a member of the NAR President’s Circle from 2023–2026, recognizing her commitment to advocacy and industry leadership.
