Sarah Ireland graduated in 2005 from California State University, Long Beach, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising. While pursuing her degree, she developed her leadership skills as a Manager at Nordstrom, where she discovered her passion for sales and exceptional customer service. This foundation naturally led her to the world of real estate, and in 2007, she proudly became a licensed REALTOR®, continuing her family's legacy as a third-generation agent.

Beginning her career at First Team Real Estate, Sarah gained invaluable training in her first year. In 2009, she joined Main Street Realtors, where she spent a decade honing her skills and expertise until the firm was acquired by Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance. After two successful years there, Sarah made the bold decision to open her own office in Los Alamitos. In November 2020, she launched IRG Properties, recently rebranded as Ignite RE Group, and has never looked back. Working alongside her father, Patrick Wallace, who serves as Broker, they have cultivated a dynamic and supportive culture within their team.

Beyond her real estate career, Sarah is deeply committed to giving back to the industry. Since 2019, she has been actively involved with the Pacific West Association of Realtors, serving on the Grievance Committee from 2019 to 2022 and the Board of Directors from 2021 to 2025, where she has held the positions of Vice President in 2023 and 2024, and President Elect in 2025. In 2022, she became a California Association of Realtors (CAR) director, participating in committees such as Professional Standards, serving a three-year appointment on the Standard Forms Advisory, as well as the Forum on Forms, Local Government, and the Young Professionals Network (YPN). In 2024, she began her journey with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as a director, serving on the Conventional Financing and Policy Committee and participating in a workgroup focused on Alternative Financing.

In recognition of her achievements and contributions, Sarah is proud to be part of the NAR President’s Circle for 2023 and 2024, highlighting her commitment to excellence in the real estate profession and her dedication to political advocacy.
